“… The Shift in Human Nature

You're starting to see integrity change. Awareness recalibrates integrity, and the Human Being who would sit there and take advantage of another Human Being in an old energy would never do it in a new energy. The reason? It will become intuitive, so this is a shift in Human Nature as well, for in the past you have assumed that people take advantage of people first and integrity comes later. That's just ordinary Human nature.

In the past, Human nature expressed within governments worked like this: If you were stronger than the other one, you simply conquered them. If you were strong, it was an invitation to conquer. If you were weak, it was an invitation to be conquered. No one even thought about it. It was the way of things. The bigger you could have your armies, the better they would do when you sent them out to conquer. That's not how you think today. Did you notice?

Any country that thinks this way today will not survive, for humanity has discovered that the world goes far better by putting things together instead of tearing them apart. The new energy puts the weak and strong together in ways that make sense and that have integrity. Take a look at what happened to some of the businesses in this great land (USA). Up to 30 years ago, when you started realizing some of them didn't have integrity, you eliminated them. What happened to the tobacco companies when you realized they were knowingly addicting your children? Today, they still sell their products to less-aware countries, but that will also change.

What did you do a few years ago when you realized that your bankers were actually selling you homes that they knew you couldn't pay for later? They were walking away, smiling greedily, not thinking about the heartbreak that was to follow when a life's dream would be lost. Dear American, you are in a recession. However, this is like when you prune a tree and cut back the branches. When the tree grows back, you've got control and the branches will grow bigger and stronger than they were before, without the greed factor. Then, if you don't like the way it grows back, you'll prune it again! I tell you this because awareness is now in control of big money. It's right before your eyes, what you're doing. But fear often rules. …”

Venezuela seeks economic talks with China after oil price plunge

 Venezuela will seek China's help in redeveloping its economy in light of the affects of the plunge in global oil prices, the country's president Nicolas Maduro Moros saidon the eve of his visit to China this week, according to Guangzhou's 21st Century Business Herald.

Moros is making the trip to attend the first ministerial meeting of China, the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States Forum, to be held in Beijing, Jan. 8-9.

The paper reported that the nosediving of oil prices which hit US$50 per barrel as of Jan. 5, down over 50% from the mid-2014 level, has constituted a nightmare for Venezuela, one of the nations with largest oil reserves worldwide, as 96% of the nation's forex reserves come from oil income. As a result, the nation's economy has slipped into a recession, shrinking 2.3% in the third quarter last year, in the wake of declines of 4.8% and 4.9%, respectively, in the first and second quarter.

Venezuela's economy has been mired in stagflation, as its inflation year-on-year hit 4.7% last November, following consumer price hikes of 4.8% and 5%, respectively, in September and October. Price levels in Venezuela soared 63.6% in the first 11 months last year, among the highest worldwide.

Business Environment Risk Intelligence has consigned Venezuela to the list of countries with the worst investment environment, with risk levels even higher than war-torn or Ebola-stricken countries, as a result of which interest on international loans for the country now tops 35% annually, compared with less than 10% for other nations.

Moros expects to win a favorable response from the Chinese government, as Chinese president Xi Jinping stressed during a trip to Venezuela last July that the nation has become one of the priority destinations for outbound Chinese investment. Venezuela has been China's seventh largest petroleum supplier and fourth largest trade partner in Latin America, with two-way trade topping US$19.2 billion in 2013.

China has become Venezuela's major financier, offering loans via a loan-for-petroleum agreement, which amounts to half of China's total loans for Latin America. To date, China has provided loans exceeding US$40 billion to Venezuela, for financing 400 projects in the fields of energy, infrastructure, agriculture, telecom, and sci-tech.
