“… The Shift in Human Nature

You're starting to see integrity change. Awareness recalibrates integrity, and the Human Being who would sit there and take advantage of another Human Being in an old energy would never do it in a new energy. The reason? It will become intuitive, so this is a shift in Human Nature as well, for in the past you have assumed that people take advantage of people first and integrity comes later. That's just ordinary Human nature.

In the past, Human nature expressed within governments worked like this: If you were stronger than the other one, you simply conquered them. If you were strong, it was an invitation to conquer. If you were weak, it was an invitation to be conquered. No one even thought about it. It was the way of things. The bigger you could have your armies, the better they would do when you sent them out to conquer. That's not how you think today. Did you notice?

Any country that thinks this way today will not survive, for humanity has discovered that the world goes far better by putting things together instead of tearing them apart. The new energy puts the weak and strong together in ways that make sense and that have integrity. Take a look at what happened to some of the businesses in this great land (USA). Up to 30 years ago, when you started realizing some of them didn't have integrity, you eliminated them. What happened to the tobacco companies when you realized they were knowingly addicting your children? Today, they still sell their products to less-aware countries, but that will also change.

What did you do a few years ago when you realized that your bankers were actually selling you homes that they knew you couldn't pay for later? They were walking away, smiling greedily, not thinking about the heartbreak that was to follow when a life's dream would be lost. Dear American, you are in a recession. However, this is like when you prune a tree and cut back the branches. When the tree grows back, you've got control and the branches will grow bigger and stronger than they were before, without the greed factor. Then, if you don't like the way it grows back, you'll prune it again! I tell you this because awareness is now in control of big money. It's right before your eyes, what you're doing. But fear often rules. …”

Vale says $4 bn in assets frozen over Brazil dam disaster

Yahoo – AFP, 28 March 2019

Vale has been struggling to deal with the aftermath of the January 25 deadly dam
collapse that spewed millions of tons of mining waste across the countryside

Brazilian authorities have frozen more than $4 billion dollars' worth of assets belonging to Vale over a deadly dam collapse, the mining giant said Wednesday, as it reported a 24.6 percent increase in full-year net profit.

Vale has been struggling to deal with the aftermath of the January 25 rupture in the southeastern state of Minas Gerais that spewed millions of tons of mining waste across the countryside and forced the suspension of some of its operations.

As the official death toll from the disaster rose to 212 with another 93 missing, Vale said local judicial and government authorities had frozen more than 16 billion reais (more than $4 billion) of its assets to cover the potential cost of compensation, wages and other expenses relating to the disaster.

It was too early to estimate the total cost of the dam break, Vale said in a statement, noting the "preliminary stage of the various claims and contingencies."

For 2018, the world's top iron ore producer said net profit rose 24.6 percent to $6.86 billion on a strong fourth-quarter performance. Its full-year operating revenue reached $36.58 billion, up 7.7 percent from the previous year.

Vale president Fabio Schvartsman and three executives temporarily stepped down in early March after prosecutors recommended their dismissal over the crisis.

More than two months after the disaster, environmental activists say poisonous sludge from the dam has reached the Sao Francisco River -- Brazil´s second longest -- hundreds of kilometers (miles) downstream.

The disaster was the second involving Vale in three years in the mineral-rich region. So far, Vale says, its water quality analysis shows toxicity levels near the dam are "below the legal limits for mining tailings" and are "not harmful to health."

And its technicians predict that material from the dam would "not reach the Sao Francisco," Vale said Friday.

Nobel laureate wants global environment court

Yemeni Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkol Karman calls for a global tribunal to
prosecute executives of multinational corporations who damage the environment (AFP
Photo/Orlando SIERRA)

Tegucigalpa (AFP) - Nobel Peace Prize laureate Tawakkul Karman proposed in Honduras on Tuesday the creation of a global tribunal to prosecute executives of multinational firms who damage the earth.

Karman, of Yemen, made the suggestion in the Central American country that Amnesty International last year described -- along with its neighbor Guatemala -- as the most dangerous in the world for environmentalists.

"A world court should be created that could punish all these multinational corporations" that damage the environment and contribute to climate change, Karman said through a translator.

She spoke at a press conference with Shirin Ebadi of Iran, a fellow Nobel laureate who won the peace prize in 2003.

As part of the Nobel Women's Initiative, they aimed "to gather a first-hand account of the ongoing violence against women land defenders" in Honduras and in Guatemala, where they travelled later Tuesday, the group's website says.

The murder of Berta Caceres, 45, gunned down last year, highlighted the threat to Honduran activists and sparked international outrage.

Caceres opposed plans by the company Desarrollos Energeticos to build a hydroelectric dam across a river on which indigenous communities depended.

Rachel Vincent, advocacy and media director for the Nobel Women's Initiative, said Honduras has the world's highest rate of murders for human rights and land defenders.

Since 2009, 123 activists have been killed, she said.

In comments to AFP, Karman said a special international court is needed "to fight against corruption and money laundering and against all those involved in destroying the environment and exploiting the climate in a damaging way."

She said such a tribunal could be similar to The Hague-based International Criminal Court which investigates and tries people charged with genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Karman said the court she proposes would handle cases in which human rights and environmental activists or anti-corruption fighters are "found dead."

She also said the investigation of Caceres's murder must be deepened "to discover all those who benefited from this crime."

Eight people were arrested, among them an employee of Desarrollos Energeticos.

The Nobel laureates met Austra Berta Flores, the mother of Caceres, on Saturday.

In Guatemala, they are to join two other Nobel Peace Prize winners, Guatemala's Rigoberta Menchu and Jody Williams of the United States.

US makes major Guantanamo transfer to UAE

Bay's inmate population to 61 (AFP Photo/John Moore)

Washington (AFP) - Fifteen Guantanamo Bay detainees have been transferred to the United Arab Emirates, the largest such release in years, the Pentagon announced.

The latest transfers bring the remaining population of the detention center down to 61. Since the September 11, 2001 attacks, about 780 inmates have been housed in the US military-run facility.

According to a State Department official, speaking on condition of anonymity, 12 of the men are from Yemen and three are Afghans.

The Pentagon has previously struggled to find a third country to take Yemeni detainees, given that they can't go home because of the civil war in their nation.

"The United States is grateful to the government of the United Arab Emirates for its humanitarian gesture and willingness to support ongoing US efforts to close" Guantanamo, the Pentagon said in a statement.

Once transferred, former inmates are usually freed subject to supervision and undergoing rehabilitation programs.

Amnesty International USA welcomed the announcement as a sign President Barack Obama is serious about closing the controversial facility before he leaves office.

Guantanamo Bay (AFP Photo/AFP)

"It's a significant repudiation of the idea that Guantanamo is going to be open for business for the indefinite future," Naureen Shah, Amnesty International USA's security and human rights program director, told AFP.

One of those transferred is an Afghan called Obaidullah, who allegedly had hidden land mines in 2001. He was detained for 14 years without trial.

Monday's announcement represents the largest transfer of prisoners under the Democratic Obama administration.

"The continued operation of the detention facility weakens our national security by draining resources, damaging our relationships with key allies and partners, and emboldening violent extremists," Ambassador Lee Wolosky, the special envoy for Guantanamo closure, said in a statement.

"The support of our friends and allies -– like the UAE -- is critical to our achieving this shared goal."

Obama urgently wants to close the facility before he leaves office at the start of next year but has been continually thwarted by Republican lawmakers.

Closure a long shot

Still, the United States has in recent months accelerated the rate at which detainees who have been approved for transfer are released from the facility.

When Obama took office, there were 242 detainees at Guantanamo.

Monday's announcement means 19 inmates will remain who have been cleared for transfer.

Obama wants to send the rest, deemed to be the most dangerous, for incarceration in the United States -- but that is an extreme long shot given Republican opposition.

In February, the president presented Congress with a new closure plan for Guantanamo, which he says serves only to stoke anti-US resentment and fuel jihadist recruitment.

Republican Senator Kelly Ayotte recently renewed calls to keep Guantanamo open and published an unclassified report on 107 current and former detainees that she said highlighted their terrorist pasts.

November's election will likely help determine the future of the notorious prison, as Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has vowed to fill Guantanamo with "bad dudes" should he win the White House.

Trump has said he would "bring back a hell of a lot worse than waterboarding."

To date, just 10 of the detainees face criminal trial, including the "9/11 Five" -- led by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed -- who are accused of plotting the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Shah said it was important for Obama to push ahead with plans to shutter Guantanamo, or the next administration could start filling its cells with suspected jihadists captured in the campaign against the Islamic State group in Iraq and Syria.

"We are at an extremely dangerous and pivotal point where if President Obama fails to close Guantanamo then the next administration could bring more detainees there," Shah said.

Guantanamo is a US naval base carved out of a remote chunk of land on the tip of southeastern Cuba.

The administration of George W. Bush opened a prison there to hold terror suspects.

New York (AFP) - An Argentine sports marketing executive on Friday pleaded not guilty and posted a $20 million bond after appearing in a US court to face charges related to the FIFA corruption scandal.

Alejandro Burzaco surrendered to Italian police in June before flying to New York to face US justice in a case that has rocked world soccer.

He is one of 14 FIFA officials and sports marketing executives accused of soliciting and receiving more than $150 million in bribes and kickbacks spanning 24 years.

US Attorney General Loretta Lynch unveiled the 47-count indictment in May.

Burzaco, 51, pleaded not guilty to three charges of racketeering, money laundering and wire fraud conspiracy and posted a $20 million bond for his release, underwritten by friends and family.

The defendant cut an elegant figure in the US federal court in Brooklyn, dressed in a dark suit, a pale blue tie and a crisp white shirt, and responded politely to the magistrate's questions.

Government prosecutors told Magistrate Judge Vera Scanlon that Burzaco was not considered a flight risk given that he had handed himself in overseas.

Burzaco's decision to surrender has triggered speculation he may be poised to negotiate a deal with prosecutors.

His lawyer made no comment after leaving court.

The assets put up to guarantee the $20 million bond offered a breathtaking insight into the wealth that the dual Argentine-Italian citizen has accumulated, and the trust of close friends and family.

$15 million company share

They include cash deposits of $3.3 million, to be made by October 1, three properties in the United States owned by his sister and a close friend.

It also included Burzaco's 20 percent ownership of a company -- a share estimated to be worth more than $15 million.

Among the six relatives and friends underwriting his bond were a sister with an annual income of $300,000 and a net worth of more than $1 million and a friend with an estimated net worth of more than $10 million.

Burzaco's ex-wife, who was also in court, had flown from Buenos Aires to support him, his lawyer told the magistrate.

Among conditions of his release are that he live in an FBI-approved residence within 50 miles of the court.

He must surrender his passports to the FBI, submit to electronic tagging and restrict his movements to New York and Long Island.

On July 18, former FIFA vice president Jeffrey Webb also pleaded not guilty in connection with the same scandal.

Arrested in Switzerland in May, he was the only one not to fight extradition.

The Cayman Islands-British citizen posted a $10 million bond and was ordered not to stray further than 20 miles of the courthouse.

S. American confederation loses immunity in FIFA fallout

Asuncion (AFP) - Paraguay's Congress voted Thursday to lift the immunity of South American football confederation CONMEBOL's headquarters after several top executives were indicted in the US probe into alleged massive corruption at FIFA.

Under a special law, the confederation's building on the outskirts of Asuncion had enjoyed the same immunity as foreign diplomatic missions since it opened in 1997.

But the Senate voted against continuing to treat the scandal-stained football organization like a foreign government, adopting a measure already passed by the Chamber of Deputies to repeal the immunity law, just the latest fallout from the wide-ranging FIFA scandal.

"It's impossible to continue shielding corruption, protecting large-scale economic crimes and criminal corporations," said lawmaker Hugo Rubin.

The president of CONMEBOL, Paraguayan national Juan Angel Napout, had said the federation would not fight moves to lift its immunity and would cooperate with investigators.

Foreign Minister Eladio Loizaga said the vote brought Paraguay in line with international law, which affords immunity only to inter-governmental missions.

"CONMEBOL is not an inter-governmental entity. I understand the president of CONMEBOL has already announced that they are in agreement with this," he said.

Paraguayan President Horacio Cartes, who backed the legislation, is expected to sign it into law in the coming days.

Two former CONMEBOL presidents are among 14 football officials and marketing executives indicted by the United States on charges of taking and receiving more than $150 million in bribes across 24 years of corrupt activities that reached into the heart of world football's governing body.

Former CONMEBOL president Eugenio Figueredo of Uruguay was among the seven people arrested last month in a raid on a luxury hotel in Zurich, as were executive committee members Rafael Esquivel of Venezuela and Jose Maria Marin of Brazil.

Another former CONMEBOL president, Nicolas Leoz, was arrested in his native Paraguay and is currently under house arrest awaiting a decision on extraditing him to the United States.

Colombia puts Chinese ship captain under house arrest

Bogota (AFP) - A judge has ordered house arrest for the Chinese captain of a freighter Colombia stopped in port for carrying unregistered Cuba-bound weapons and materiel, a prosecutor said Sunday.

Wu Hong will remain in Cartagena, monitored by authorities, while waiting for the investigation into the cargo to be completed, the prosecutor said.

The Hong Kong-registered Da Dan Xia, which has been held for a week, was loaded with undeclared military equipment including about 100 tonnes of gunpowder, 99 projectile bases and 3,000 artillery cartridge cases, according to Colombian authorities.

Colombian prosecutor Luis Gonzalez Leon has said Wu will be charged with weapons trafficking.

The freighter was due to stop in the northern Colombian city of Barranquilla before ending its journey in Havana.

The ship's documentation "conflicted with what was actually found" aboard the vessel, a Colombian prosecutor said.

But Beijing's foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying maintained that the Da Dan Xia was operating within Chinese and international law.

A North Korean cargo ship, Chong Chon Gang, was found to be carrying Cuban weapons including surface-to-air missile systems and launchers when it was stopped in the Panama Canal in July 2013.

Pope tells clergy: 'never try to cover up child abuse'

Yahoo – AFP, February 5, 2015

Pope tells clergy: 'never try to cover up priest abuse'

Vatican City (AFP) - Pope Francis has sent Catholic clergy a powerful reminder of their duty to stamp out sexual abuse of children by priests, warning that they must never let a fear of scandal lead to cover-ups.

In a strongly-worded letter to the heads of national bishops' conferences and religious orders, the pope demanded "close and complete" cooperation with a new child protection watchdog he has established at the Vatican.

"Families need to know that the Church is making every effort to protect their children," he said.

The Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors has been given a brief to drive reform on an issue that has severely damaged the Church's authority and reputation around the world.

Headed by American cardinal Sean O'Malley, it includes clerics and lay people, including two victims of paedophile priests, Ireland's Marie Collins and Peter Sanders from Britain.

The full commission meets for the first time in Rome on Friday.

In his letter published Thursday, the pope said families needed to know they could turn to the Church in confidence.

"Consequently, priority must not be given to any other kind of concern, whatever its nature, such as the desire to avoid scandal, since there is absolutely no place in ministry for those who abuse minors."

'Truth is the truth'

Francis's letter follows the announcement last month that 10 priests and two Catholic lay workers in the Spanish city of Granada have been charged with the sexual abuse of altar boys between 2004 and 2007.

It is the biggest case of its kind yet in Spain, where the Church has long been accused of exactly the kind of cover-up Francis alluded to.

The Granada arrests came after a former altar boy, now 25, wrote to Francis to say he had been molested by priests from the age of seven to 18.

The pope called the man back and told him to go straight to his bishop, to whom the pontiff wrote with orders to open an investigation.

"How did I receive this news?" the pope said of the episode in November. "With great pain, very great pain, but the truth is the truth and we should not hide it."

- Embrace victims -

The Argentinian pontiff also used Thursday's letter to remind bishops that the safety of minors and vulnerable adults in their dioceses is their responsibility.

They had to ensure Vatican instructions on how to handle sexual abuse cases were implemented, and procedures put in place to ensure future compliance.

The Church must also embrace victims.

"Pastors and those in charge of religious communities should be available to meet with victims and their loved ones: such meetings are valuable opportunities for listening to those who have greatly suffered and for asking their forgiveness," the pontiff wrote.

'Do something concrete'

Francis's public stance on paedophile priests has helped the Church undo some of the huge damage it suffered in the 1990s and 2000s as the scale of clerical abuse began to become apparent.

But while high-profile figures such as Collins and Sanders have opted to work with him, other victims continue to maintain the Church is still protecting paedophiles within its ranks.

Mary Caplan, a spokeswoman for US-based survivors network SNAP, said the new commission needs to take concrete steps such as naming ever paedophile priest the Vatican is aware of.

"Dr Martin Luther King, Jr said 'The time is always right to do what is right,' and what is right in Rome this week isn't tweaking church policies that sound good on paper but are routinely ignored by selfish bishops," Kaplan said.

"What's right in Rome this week is for this panel to actually do something that protects kids today.

Argentina requests extradition of Franco-era officials from Spain

An Argentine judge has requested the extradition of 20 former Spanish officials to Argentina to stand trial for human rights violations. An amnesty enacted in the late 1970s prevents them from being tried in Spain.

Deutsche Welle, 2 Nov 2014

A judge in Argentina has asked Spain to extradite twenty former Spanish officials suspected of human rights violations during the dictatorship of Francisco Franco.

Judge Maria Servini de Cubria issued the request as part an investigation into allegations of torture and other crimes committed during Franco's reign. Servini made the request to international police agency interpol to demand Spanish authorities carry out "pre-emptive detention with a view to extradition" of the subjects.

Former government ministers Jose Utrera Molina, 86, and Rodolfo Martin Villa, 79, are among the 20 accused. They are charged with attempted homicide.

Groups advocating for justice for people tortured and killed under Franco have praised the extradition request. "It is historic," said Maria Acenegui Siemens, spokeswoman for the Association for the Recovery of Historical Memory, an advocacy group that supports victims of the Spanish Civil War and Franco's dictatorship. "It is a great day," she added.

Officials serving during the Franco era cannot be prosecuted in Spain due an amnesty that was enacted after the death of Franco and when Spain returned to democracy in the late 1970s. Spain viewed the amnesty at the time as essential to avoid endless score-settling as the country transitioned to democracy.

The treaty however prompted families of alleged victims to turn to Argentina for help, which has an extradition treaty with Spain.

Judge Servini is using a concept known as universal jurisdiction, the idea that certain crimes, including torture, are so serious that they can be tried in countries other than the ones in which they were committed.

A lawyer for the plaintiffs, Carlos Slepoy, said it was the first time that former ministers of the Franco regime were being targeted under universal jurisdiction. "We are convinced, as are many judges and prosecutors in Spain, that these matters must be investigated," Slepoy said.

"This day offers hope that those criminals will be judged in Argentina and even in our country," Plaintif Jose Galante added.

Spain has not yet responded officially to the extradition request, and in April declined a request to extradite to Argentina two former police officers who were accused of torturing prisoners during the Franco regime.

Mass grave found near Mexico town where 43 students vanished

Authorities in Mexico have uncovered a mass grave in the restive southern state of Guerrero. The burial pits are located near a town where 43 students disappeared in a deadly police shooting last week.

Deutsche Welle, 5 Oct 2014

Guerrero State Prosecutor Inaky Blanco told reporters Saturday that "pits with bone remains" had been found outside of Iguala, 200 kilometers (125 miles) south of Mexico City. He did not provide details on the number of bodies, or indicate whether they could be some of the students who went missing after a violent confrontation with city police.

Local and state police cordoned off the area upon the grave's discovery, in the rough terrain of a hillside community that belongs to the Iguala municipality.

"In the next few hours we will determine the cause of death and the number of bodies," said Jorge Valdez, a spokesman for the state attorney general's office, adding that the bodies were being exhumed.

The 43 students vanished last week after Iguala police shot at buses they had seized to return to their teacher training college near the state capital, Chilpancingo. Three students were killed and 25 people were wounded.

Several hours later, unidentified masked gunmen fired on taxis and a bus carrying a football team on the main highway, killing three people.

Following the violence, police said that 43 students had been missing since their confrontation with the police.

Possible organized crime links

Guerrero state Governor Angel Aguirre said investigators were looking into organized criminal gang involvement, with the possibility they may have infiltrated the local government.

Blanco has said that police are being investigated for their roles in the students' disappearance.

Aguirre said earlier this week that photos showed police taking some of the students away, and 22 officers were arrested in Guerrero Sunday accused of killing two students who died in the clashes.

A lawyer for a local human rights group helping the families of the missing said before the discovery of the mass grave that relatives believed police turned the students over to a drug gang.

"The suspicion, the hypothesis, is that they are being held by organized crime gangs that operated in collusion with the police," said Vidulfo Rosales, adding students who escaped the shooting said they saw other students being put into police pickup trucks.

The United Nations has called the case "one of the most terrible events of recent times," urging Mexican authorities to carry out an "effective and diligent" search for the missing students.

Guerrero is one of the most violent states in Mexico, a country that has seen around 100,000 people killed by drug gang violence since 2007.

Guinea threatened with EU sanctions for illegal fishing

Brussels — The European Commission on Tuesday urged EU governments to hit Belize, Cambodia and Guinea with trade sanctions over illegal fishing, while warning South Korea, Ghana and Curacao they may be next.

The European Union executive called for action against the first three with no 'credible progress' made since hitting them with so-called 'yellow cards' last year along with five others.

Once placed on an official list of "non-cooperating countries" in the fight against illegal fishing, related products from those territories will find themselves all-but shut out of the EU market of half a billion consumers.

The Commission also flagged up a new round of 'yellow cards' which puts key free-trade partner South Korea, Ghana and Caribbean island Curacao under mounting pressure to meet international obligations.

"West Africa was identified as a major source of illegal fishing and my intention is now take the same thorough approach in the Pacific," said EU Commissioner for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Maria Damanaki.

Damanaki told a press conference that for South Korea, Ghana and Curacao, "this is not about EU legislation -- we are implementing international rules."

"We are very much willing to give them more time."

She said the "right to fish as they want" had to be set against the EU's "right to protect consumers."

The EU says at least 15 percent of all landings around the world are done illegally, between 11 and 16 million tonnes each year, with international rules agreed in 2001 routinely flouted.

Five countries made sufficient progress this year to avoid being expelled from EU markets at least until March next year: Fiji, Panama, Sri Lanka, Togo and Vanuatu.

The EU imports 65 percent of its fishing consumption.

Campaigners Greenpeace said the decisions announced would "motivate all six countries to improve fisheries management and help create a better future for their seas and fishermen.?

Colombia admits rights violations in battle with leftists

Google – AFP, 25 July 2013

Colombia's President Juan Manuel Santos delivering a speech at the
Constitutional Court in Bogota on July 25, 2013 (Colombian Presidency/
AFP, Juan Pablo Bello)

BOGOTA — Colombia admitted for the first time Thursday that the government has been guilty of "serious human rights violations" during its 50-year battle with leftist rebels.

President Juan Manuel Santos made the admission in a speech aimed at defending a constitutional amendment known as the "legal framework for peace," which is considered the legal basis for ongoing peace negotiations.

The Bogota government and rebels from the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia since November have been engaged in talks aimed at ending the conflict, Latin America's longest running.

Santos said the government "has been responsible, in some cases by default, in other cases by direct action of some state agents, of serious human rights violations and breeches of international humanitarian law," since the conflict began.

"Our role, as agents of the state, is to guarantee and protect the rights of all citizens. For that reason, our responsibility is that much greater," he added.

But the president emphasized his admission did not absolve the rebels, who he said also are "responsible for human rights violations and international humanitarian infractions."

"If we are truly at the end of this conflict, members of FARC and the ELN and the demobilized fighters of the AUC (the far-right United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia) ... must also take on their own responsibility," the president emphasized.

"That is critical," he said.

Approved by Congress in 2012, the constitutional amendment still requires the endorsement of the constitutional court. It permits the suspension of sentences for rebel fighters who demobilize, among other statutes.

Formed in 1964, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC by its Spanish acronym, is the country's largest guerrilla group, with an estimated 8,000 fighters.

The smaller leftist National Liberation Army, or ELN, is also active in Colombia and has so far remained outside the peace process.

“…  Government

Let us speak of government. We're not speaking of your government, but of any government - the way it works, how it survives, how it has survived, the way it campaigns, and how it elects leaders. It's going to change.

Years ago, I told you, "When everybody can talk to everybody, there can be no secrets." Up to this point on this planet, government has counted on one thing - that the people can't easily talk to each other on a global scale. They have to get their information through government or official channels. Even mass media isn't always free enough, for it reports that which the government reports. Even a free society tends to bias itself according to the bias of the times. However, when you can have Human Beings talking to each other all at once, all over the planet without government control, it all changes, for there is open revelation of truth.

Democracy itself will change and you're going to see it soon. The hold-outs, the few countries I have mentioned in the past, are doomed unless they recalibrate. They're doomed to be the same as they have been and won't be able to exist as they are now with everyone changing around them.

I mentioned North Korea in the past. Give it time. Right now, the young man is under the control of his father's advisors. But when they're gone, you will see something different, should he survive. Don't judge him yet, for he is being controlled.

In government, if you're entire voting base has the ability to talk to itself without restriction and comes up with opinions by itself without restriction, it behooves a politician to be aware and listen to them. This will change what politicians will do. It will change the way things work in government. Don't be surprised when some day a whole nation can vote all at once in a very unusual way. Gone will be the old systems where you used to count on horseback riders to report in from faraway places. Some of you know what I am talking about. Government will change. The systems around you, both dark and light, will change. You're going to start seeing something else, too, so let's change the subject and turn the page. …”

9/11 controlled demolition? Nano-thermitic material found un dust of WTC - Dr. Neils Harrit, Denmark

(Reasons to suspect US administration in 9/11 - June 5, 2004 - Matthew Channelled by Suzanne Ward)

14.  Now then, I shall mention some of the facts of 9/11 that we in these stations of light know as truth and that can be verified by those among you who are considered experts in their fields.  The planes were remotely controlled by measures designed to override any manual maneuvers by pilots. The towers were designed to withstand the force of the largest planes hitting them directly. The towers collapsed due to controlled demolition measures, by explosives strategically located and detonated in timely rhythm; witnesses reported hearing explosions prior to the buildings falling. Both the Pentagon and the plane that crashed in the field were hit by scalar beam weaponry.  Regarding the Pentagon, the beams were aimed at the section where a communications group had been recently relocated.  Results of a major airliner hitting that building at top speed would have penetrated more deeply and devastated more broadly than photos of the destruction showed; further, no one saw any plane approaching that building and there was no way a plane could have struck as the damage showed without being seen at near ground level.

15.  There is much more to consider concerning all that happened that day: Why were many employees in the towers warned prior to September 11th not to report for work that day? Why were standard procedures for intercept planes in no-fly zones not followed, and especially so around the Pentagon after the towers were struck?

16.  Why was the debris of the towers so quickly collected and disposed of?  Where were the remains of the plane claimed to have hit the Pentagon and why were no bodies recovered from the tail section?  Why were the “black boxes,” designed to withstand far more heat and impact than they sustained, declared destroyed?  Why, within a day or two, were 19 terrorists identified by name and photos, and later, when it was discovered that several were alive, was there no widespread challenge to the original report?  Why, after being informed of the first tower being hit, did the US president continue to spend time with young school children instead of immediately departing the room to act as a responsible Commander in Chief would have?

17.  Many other aspects of that day also point to the culpable parties, who needed something of that shocking and tragic nature to start the “war on terrorism” by causing the justification for it.  This is what you are seeing today, the extension of the dark plans to weaken not only the invaded countries, but ultimately all countries on the road to global control.  This will not happen!  Not only I, but other high beings of light have been sending forth this assurance through respected messengers on the planet.  We have repeatedly stated the need for you to send love energy to the dark ones as that is the most powerful healing force in the universe.  Not hatred of them, but focusing on the opposite of their actions—on peace, justness, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, cooperation—is what will end the darkness on Earth.

2.  YES!  The “long dark night of the soul” for the peoples of Earth is ending! Although these violent moments at hand are with bloodshed and sorrow for many and with outrage for most, these moments are leading your civilization out of the darkness that has so long prevailed on the planet.  Allow your natural reactions at the events to be felt—mourn those whose lives have been cut short, help those who are desperately in need, feel anger about actions in arrogant power-mongering. Then let go of anger and ACT to secure your world firmly in the healing energy of love-light!

3.  Enlighten those who do not understand that the momentum of the light is revealing the longstanding deception that has created the current state of your world.  Unaware people need to know that the dark perpetrators’ desperate but ultimately futile attempts to retain their control are “coming to light.”  Minds need to be open to the truth coming forth about the purpose of the war in Iraq, the unconscionable “9/11,” the dark forces’ efforts to derail NESARA [National Economic Security and Reformation Act], and the crimes of corporations in league with governments.

4.  There still is resistance in the United States to believing that the very people whose responsibility is to wisely lead, truthfully inform and adequately protect you are the very ones who have been betraying you—betraying your entire world!  We understand this resistance.  The heartbreak of your young people being wounded and dying for “freedom from terrorism” is cruel enough without the knowing that this war is based on lies and greed for power. There is NO intent for anyone’s “freedom,” and the “terrorism” that has taken so many lives has been initiated by the self-serving few at the top of this government in union with other dark souls on the planet whose purpose is the same—world domination.

5.  To them, human life is expendable and creating negativity through fear is one of their objectives.  The massive loss of life, injuries and destruction sustained by the Iraqi people has been creating negativity without end in that country, and that energy is permeating the planet.  It is the same with the Zionists in Israel oppressing the Palestinians, another hotbed of violence instigated and kept alive by the darkness of a few souls.  Still more negativity comes from the millions dying of disease and starvation while billions are spent on amassing weapons.

6.  We understand the difficulty of sustaining optimism in the face of these happenings, yet there is supreme reason to do so. The truths coming forth are bringing the light necessary to lift and transmute this negativity into “grassroots” actions to change from war to peace, from hatred to love, ruination to restoration, violence to compassion and forgiveness, to harmony and cooperation.  Be involved!

7.  We also understand the difficulty in believing that dark members of a civilization different from human—the reptilian civilization, some of whom are residing on the planet—are manipulating their human puppets known as the Illuminati.  But be of LIGHT heart—reptilians of the light forces are there too, working hand in hand with human lightworkers to usher in the promised era of love-light and harmony.  Feel reassured by this invaluable assistance!

8.  We understand as well the reluctance to believe in something as “miraculous” as NESARA, especially since the reality of this U.S. legislation has been denied and ridiculed by that government and their agents.  So we tell you, it is necessary only to believe in the blessings that NESARA holds for your world: the end of the current US presidential administration and its policies; cessation of war in Iraq; prosperity for all nations through fair allocation of resources; preservation and restoration of your environment.  Holding these visions in your thoughts and feelings will generate the energy to manifest them!

9.  No, Mother, this isn’t new information.  It isn’t a pronouncement that the horror and heartache will cease on a certain date, as much as we wish we could give that. This message of essential reinforcement of what we long have been giving to our valued messengers on Earth is needed for the many who feel the darkness will be endless.  It cannot, it SHALL not be endless—it is ENDING!!  The ending of darkness comes with your minds and hearts embracing the light of hope, the healing power of love, the vision of the peaceful world you want, and acting upon your convictions and commitment.
